Galapagos Adventure: Wildlife, Beaches & Volcanic Landscapes

Embark on an eight-day, seven-night journey aboard the Grand Ocean Spray to explore the Galápagos Islands. The travel plan guides you through multiple stunning natural environments, which allow you to experience wildlife encounters and see breathtaking views while exploring islands.

Day by day

Day 1: Arrival at Baltra & Exploration of Chinese Hat

The airport at Baltra Island receives visitors, who will then board the Grand Ocean Spray for their journey. The visitors will start their trip to Chinese Hat Island by receiving a welcome drink before eating lunch. The island offers visitors the chance to watch Galapagos Penguins and American Oystercatchers, while they take in the distinct hat-shaped landscape of the island. The day reaches its conclusion when travelers board the ship for their evening meal.

Day 2: Isabela Island: Vicente Roca Point & Pristine Fernandina

Isabela Island: Vicente Roca Point & Pristine Fernandina

The volcanic cliffs of Vicente Roca Point create a dramatic scene, while birdwatchers and marine creatures thrive because of the Cromwell Current's nutrient supply. At Fernandina’s Espinosa Point, one of the most untouched areas in the Galápagos, see marine iguanas and Galapagos hawks while enjoying a guided walk and snorkeling adventure.

Day 3: Tagus Cove & Urbina Bay: Isabela’s Hidden Gems
Day 4: Elizabeth Bay & Moreno Point: Snorkeling and Birdwatching
Day 5: Santa Cruz Highlands & Charles Darwin Research Station
Day 6: South Plazas & Santa Fe Islands: Wildlife and Scenic Trails
Day 7: Española Island: Suarez Point & Gardner Bay / Osborn Islets
Day 8: San Cristobal Interpretation Center & Departure
