Explore the Galapagos Islands in 5 Days of Wildlife and Adventure

The voyage leads travelers to famous Galápagos sites including Genovesa and Seymour and Santa Cruz where they will see giant tortoises and sea lions and marine iguanas and various bird species. A modern, luxurious catamaran guides you on daily adventures both on land and at sea, revealing pristine beaches, volcanic landscapes, and vividly colorful marine ecosystems—all while enjoying top-tier comfort.

Day by day

Day 1: Baltra Airport: Bartolomé Island

The airport staff at Baltra Airport will greet you with hospitality when you show up at the airport. You will receive a refreshing welcome drink when you board the vessel which you can combine with your onboard lunch.

The volcanic cone Pinnacle Rock at Bartolomé Island stands as a natural wonder which formed when underwater volcanic eruptions caused lava to freeze instantaneously as it touched the ocean water creating multiple basalt rock layers. The island contains a sandy shoreline which functions as a breeding area for green sea turtles during their nesting period. The location serves as a home for Galápagos penguins although visitors can observe marine life including colorful fish and sea lions in their wild environment.

Dinner ends your first day of exploration.

Day 2: Genovesa Island: Darwin Bay & El Barranco

Darwin Bay

The shield volcano Darwin Bay underwent a partial caldera collapse through natural erosion processes during several centuries which formed a distinct geographical structure. The bay functions as a sanctuary for bird enthusiasts because it supports various bird populations throughout its entire region. The red-footed booby population on Genovesa Island exceeds 20,000 birds which build their nests in trees and bushes to create a memorable wildlife experience.

El Barranco (Prince Philip’s Steps)

The trail guides visitors to a rocky cliff where they can see the entire island and its surrounding ocean. The region exists inside a Palo Santo forest which serves as a nesting ground for red-footed boobies and multiple shorebird species thus providing visitors with a complete natural environment.

Day 3: Santiago Island: Espumilla Beach & Egas Port
Day 4: Santa Cruz Island: North Seymour, Highlands & Charles Darwin Station
Day 5: Mosquera Islet & Baltra Airport
